    VickiReno:
Your Sunbonnet Sue quilt is absolutely adorable. I love the hearts and what could be better or more cuddly than flannel? Great work, thanks for sharing.

Ok all you Sunbonnet Sue creators...you've made my day (and it started early this morning).... I'm still laughing at the creative license you all took in making your Sues! I, like Marie, feel compelled to join in the fun and see if i can make a Sue and Sam at least as fun as all of yours! I'll work on that. Thanks to all of you for sharing your blocks. They are so cute and fun.

There is one more idea that my sister had and gave me permission to try. She suggested Sue in a bikini with her big floppy hat, fish net stockings and high heels. Now a crative person could use the hat as a suggestion that "bad" Sue is at the beach topless :!:  Or it could be Sue getting ready to go out on the town! Haven't had time to try it but it would be a cute block.

Risque Sue! Don't forget to post it when you get it made. That'll be a fun one, too.

I do love your sunbonnet sue quilt. Someday I'll have to make one of those.

I wanted to ask you if you live near Halifax? that's where my friend used to live before moving to Grimsby. I called her today. She was busy making crafts. She has made some beautiful things I think she might sell it all on E-Bay but I haven't seen any on there yet.

I do love it here. Problem is I don't get much sewing done. Man I just was appliquing a leg of a deer on my quilt and switched the numbers and ended up with a leg full of decorative stitches. What a pain to remove and a very dumd thing to do. Just don't pay attention I guess. Not b rave enough to go into the chat rooms yet. I talk too much.

While looking at the sites for Sun Bonnet Sues I saw one for the Red Hat Sue! The picture even showed the complete poem that started it all off. I have been looking for the dang poem for years to show a freind and , Duh, didn't copy and paste it!!! Now I can't find it anywhere! :( If anyone remembers where it is or can send it to me PLEASE?? I would sure like to have it!! I might even make and post a Sun Bonnet of my own for retaliat... er, your trouble! :D I would really appreciate it all joking aside.
