I was just reading Laurie's website and saw the following message (maybe it has been posted here before, but since we are getting close to block 15, I figured it was work repeating):

    Correction for 1930s Book
Template 15A is too small. To get the correct size, go to the diagram section of the CD, print 15 Blossom and use this to make the correct size template.

Hope all are having a great weekend!!

Strange. My block worked out fine. But 33 was wrong in the one template.

Maybe it's a message about the original FWS book?

I used the foundation pping pattern and didn't have a problem..I did find that some diagrams on the photo pages aren't the same as the sectioning for the pping patterns..I think this block (15)is one of them..it has to do with the bottom corner section & the first row of the Hst's..

Yes Honchey, I used the pping pattern also for block 15. Must be why it worked.

Thank you for the compliments ladies. A couple years ago I didn't even know what paper piecing was, now it's my all time favorite. Even though I've been quilting since the 80's. To answer a couple questions about myself. I will now have lived in 8 different states, but have lived in Pa, and Oh a couple different times. I lived in Cedar Grove, NJ when I was first married in 1969, But grew up in and around the Philadelphia area. In 6 different locations around Philly. Lived in OH, CA, IL, PA, NJ, MN, NM and now on to NY. And I'm dyeing there. I'm moving to Central NY, up near Oneida Lake, just north of Syracuse. I'm also working on the Row By Row Experience. However I have to wait until Nov. 1 to get my NJ and Il. kits. I have all my license plates, and thought it would be cute to have the kits and plates all in one quilt. I'm going to make it for my sewing room. I'll have a larger room in NY. And I can't wait. And I think it'll be big enough that my sister can come over and we can sew together. Something we haven't done since we were kids. Many many many moons ago.

klgreene, You could copy and paste that for your 'profile page.' :-) Anyway, you can soon change your 'location' in your profile. Did your job move you from place to place? My son moved last year to Idaho, just because he thought it would be a good place to raise a family, and for no other reason (that he expressed to me). I think he loves the mountains too. I like sewing with my sister. It's wonderful to have a sister that enjoys the same hobby.
