    Week 8 and we're moving right along. Here are my blocks for this week.. now I have to start sewing again.. The vacation is over

    Ooh la la, you guys were really chompin' at the bit to post your blocks! Love them all! pretty fabrics, bright, soft, vintage..so great!

    Looks like I will have to get a 30's solid blue, to the computer I go, trying to stay close to the colors of blocks in book

    Do u ladies take the paper of to iron they seem to lay so flat, I haven't ironed any of mine yet, just been finger pressing the seams, I didn't know if the iron would damage the paper or not

    This week's were not to difficult, or maybe I am just getting use to doing the pp, lol, OK here are mine for this week.

    Teri Lynn, I press with the paper on. I also use mary's best press and it hasn't caused any problems. The only issue I had right at first is that I had printed on a laser printer and the toner rubbed off on my fabric. Once I switched over to an ink jet it's been smooth sailing.

    Honchey, now that it doesn't take me 7 hours to make one block, I can actually post them on time.
