Drat! I wish I'd picked fabric with roses for Primrose. I didn't think of it til I saw QNS's block. I, too, think this is probably the last Laurie Hird quilt I'll make, although I've learned to say "never say never". I do love sampler quilts, little blocks, and sew-alongs, and I seem to be a glutton for punishment -- I've made 3 Dear Janes. Love everyone's blocks this week. SBG, that fabric in Priscilla really caught my eye.

And I love your blue with elephants! If you have a bunch of it left, maybe we could trade a 10" square-- my Priscilla print and your elephants?

Then we could have a bit of each other in our quilts... ha ha.

Pretty blocks ladies! I know I have been MIA for a few weeks and will be for a couple more due to work and family issues. I am enjoying checking out the new blocks though and dreaming about catching up again.

Thanks SBG, I do try to look every day , just s little overwhelmed right now. Nothing major going on I'm just not very good at having a lot of different irons in the fire. When I see what everyone else can accomplish in a day I am envious!

I have my Priscilla done, but I am having trouble with my computer uploading my pics from my card.

Katy I love both of your blocks.

Pam P it is good to see you. I feel the same, but it's mostly so much with family, and I am so slow for all my usual reasons. I have my wonderful book, I have lots of pretty stash to use from. I have a wonderful friend that twice has sent me her left over scraps from quilts she makes, and even included some bigger pieces this time, and a little bundle I did not expect. She sent me a white sheet that I can use for backing. I don't throw anything away, and have some little baggies I put too small pieces etc. that I can fill for little beds for my doggies.

I am just trying to make a block as I can, and enjoying everyone else's. When the others finish their beautiful blocks, I will still post pictures of the ones as I finish mine as long as they leave those weeks up.

Have a great day everyone, and I hope to get my husband's help in getting my picture up of my finished block.

    I love you all !

Ok here is my Priscilla, but I got off kilter in the middle. I will be redoing it before putting it in my quilt at the end.
I should have pinned it before sewing. Another one learned. I pinned a lot of the rest of it.
