Carrie...those BOM blocks are neat. I've been downloading and saving the patterns but don't know when I'll ever get to it. So many things to sew!!!

CarrieM ... yea for you for stepping outside the box! Sometimes we just need the nudge, to try something different ... and then lo and behold, we discover that we have missed out on something fantastic for a long time!

DublB ... I have that cutter too. Got it at the CreativFestival show a few years back. One of the prettiest chenilled pieces I saw done, was a baby quilt, with panels (regular, not flannelette) layered one on top of each other, and then chenilled.

    Default after one wash

    Hi!

I just got my new potholders out of the dryer so thought I would share an "after" picture.

I would like to try this with regular fabric. I saw it done with flannel baby panels in a shop a few weeks ago.

"Chicks, and ducks and geese better scurry...." Aren't they cute? Thanks for sharing QNS.

You got some pretty wild blocks going there Carrie. This will make a striking quilt for sure. Yeah I got 2 more PC blocks done--plodding along.

Cute ducks, my grandfather used to raise ducks and I remember my brothers and I fighting over who got to eat the duck eggs for breakfast, but most of the time my grandmother would make her sponge cakes with the duck eggs. Yum, brings back lots of memories
