And talking' about bling .... what about all those dinner plate belt buckles?
(I always think they must be so uncomfortable to wear ... nothing like slicing your gut with a knife!)

Yeah but it's like high heels.....it's better to look good than to feel good.

Carrie, beautiful block-and I love your colors. Just a warning: these blocks (and this site LOL) are addictive. I always think I'll work on a block then do some cleaning. Let's just say I have more blocks done and no cleaning!! Great job.

it's such fun seeing what everyone does.

Leba: every week beautiful pink and brown blocks.

QuiltE: I love your blocks, Great Fussy Cuts, great colors, and I love that golden retriver. Yeah I am having difficult choosing fabrics for the blocks as I am using what I have, sometimes it tooks me more time to choose what to use than sewing the block, oh my!

dubld: Friends aren't always perfect, but they are friends, and your best friend is special just the way it is.

Anael: So cute your fussy cut for Best Friend, lovely.

JanR: What does "fabric with bling" means? Are the golden ones?

Betty: Come on join us. We are all learning together. You can do it.

Carriem: Your block is so beautiful. Great Start!!

No blocks for me this week. As we are traveling and will be back home only next tuesday.

Yeah Carrie, glad you joined right in and brought a block with you. I have that KT fabric in 4 different colors: red, blue, cream, and purple, but not with that lovely shade of blue which you showcased. Great job.

Okay high heels on the round up? Must be some pretty fancy cowboy boots.
We'll look for your blocks when you return AECasa

ArteEC ... I feel the same sometimes that I spend so much time picking the fabrics. I think (at least I hope!) it will get easier, once we get a sense of what fabrics are working for the PC blocks. Good call on DubB's block, and how friends aren't always perfect!

OKSGlad ... aha ... caught you trying to sneak some away from CarrieM's stash!

Default Best of All and Best Friend

Ok, I'm back. Had problems with Best Friend. The block came out too big and I don't want to cut it down any further or I'll lose my points along the edge. Guess my seam allowance was a tad to small.

Anael, Your best friend fabrics are soooooo cute!!!

Leba, I love your carousel horse!!

Quilt E, love your fabrics and your blocks look absolutely perfect!!

dublb, as always, I love your patriotic block!!

Carriem, your colors are just gorgeous!!!!!

JeanieG, you are right!! You have to be very careful with the scale of the prints on the pony fabrics. I found that out with best friend. Here they are.
