Second guessing myself on the latest project...does the 'muddy gold' really fit into the blocks??? It is not doing anything for me. Will see if anything looks better on the 7th of June. Going on to work on other UFOs.

Rainy and cold. Colder than February...weather continues to be rainy and cold. Where is spring???

The deer got into the garden! We spent most of yesterday fixing the electric fence. It looks like they did'nt get into the garden last night.
The flooring is coming along quite wonderfully. It is exceeding all my expectations! While it isn't all done yet here are some picts of what he has laid.

Sigh, he didn't come today to finish up. He only needs to finish up the trim & do the step down that leads to the deck, upstairs. I am happy w/what he has done. It looks great!

Contractors are usually juggling several jobs at once. They just have to work that way so as not to lose out on business. But... they also like to get paid, so I'm sure he will be back to finish you soon, Bev. It's gorgeous flooring.
