Thanks, Jeanie and SBG, too. I was going to enter it in the local fair next week, but decided to give it to her right away. She hasn't been as active as she used to be and it's tough on her as she was on the go prior.

On another front, my 4-H silent auction basket is ready for our fair next week...

I am sure someone will bid high for your Silent Auction Gift OK! With all you do, I don't know how you get so much sewing done! I have turned into a real slow poke lately.

So small, OK... The 'batting' must be seam allowances!

Nice job with those tiny bits.

(edit) Oooh, just saw your other stuff. Love all that work with selvedges.

OK! Your li'le Log Cabin is wonderful. I love your auction basket also! I have a big bin full of selvages. I want to make a spiderweb w/it first but I have more selvages than that. I am thinking about a log cabin now! How darling will that be?
Life is so crazy here. Taking the DGK's to Brwonwood for their Theater group on Mondays' & Wednesday's, trying to get the dining room painted, & our temps are up in the triple digits.

My grandson was born this week! :-) My sister and I sewed up a baby quilt top in an afternoon using a charm pack. We cut the 5" charms diagonally, then made hour glass blocks by adding yellow. I quilted in the ditch. It has a light blue back, for a booooyyyy! My first 5 grandchildren were all girls. :-)
