DD loaded this on my computer; its a good picture and words of wisdom on how Mom and Dad sing as individuals and together. LOL! May laughter brighten up your day.

Tomorrow I am going to visit DF of mine in Temple TX. We are gonna quilt to our li'le hearts content.
I will stop on the way in Brady to drop off some boxes that I have ready to go. I packed these light so as to be able to lift 'em myself. It is nice that Brady is on the way to Temple.

Yep I'm like that cat's meow...love to sing...just can't do a good job of it.....

Brought the little machine up to dining room table..plan to use it when I have a few minutes or to watch TV and sew. The Time to Commit is back on the table...hehe...

Me, too, Ok. Time to finish some UFOs...too many of them. Finished DH pouch to fit on his belt to carry his tablet, billfold, cell phone, etc., to his satisfaction. Used my newer Bernina because I can see the programmed stitches better there....and its threaded with black. Do you like working in your local QS? I would find too many temptations, I am sure.

Honchey, I hope you are feeling better. My bf in southern Missouri is feeling better; is all moved into a one bedroom apartment.

Quilter 65 and I are finidhed going to Des Moines this year, so she can finish her UFOs and Christmas projects. It may be June before we plan another trip anywhere...family always comes first and she is very busy with DGchildren. Hoping after Christmas we will have a day together to open Pandora's Box and do three model blocks for each proposed quilt there. Making one block out of each of three stored there to 'make up' into a quilt.

No plans for Thanksgiving or Christmas or New Year's this year. No one plans to come here,,so it will be just another day. Just trying to finish UFOs.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////what a ========================================mess! half done on Crystal for next week. It is not square, very slow going alone, and not likely to be near perfect! It is what it is. Looking forward to seeing perfect from you all. This week's blocks are wonderful!

I'm just getting caught up here. Hope everyone is well and Anne is on the mend.

If I ever mention that I want to remodel my house again, please shoot me!!!!!! This bathroom remodel is dragging on and on. They started it on Oct 8 and still are only 1/2 way done. To them it's a small job that they're doing in between a very large total house re-do elsewhere. Well, to me it's a large job! Sorry I'm so cranky but I had to pee at 4:30 am so had to troop downstairs and back up and then couldn't fall back to sleep. Do you know what strange tv shows are on at 4:30 am??? You don't want to know LOL. Going out to dinner tonight with friends who are also in the middle of a kitchen remodel so we'll be able to sympathize with each other. Sorry to rant, just needed to get that out so I don't clobber the contractor. (I also haven't been able to sew since Oct 8 so maybe this is just withdrawal and treatment with a few glasses of wine tonight will help!)

'tis done. Moving on to #34. One stitch at a time.

Re modelling is one step at a time. Be glad if he finishes the job. So many take their money and run, leaving you in chaos, the job not done...according to Mike Holmes on DIY. Scares me to even begin such a job. JanRN, enjoy your evening and wine..and have to get up in the early morning hours again. Input means output. LOL!

Skin doctor did note I should take all preventive measures possible, because it was not a matter of 'if' but when I got serious cancer problems. Duh. That's why I took out a good Cancer Policy of Insurance when I was working. Dad died at 43 years old; Mom at 63 years of age. And foster Grandmother at 83 years of age. Cancer. We never exit life except by death, from the cradle to the grave is a matter of time. Meanwhile, enjoy life, forget the small stressful things, and enjoy each hour and each day with family and friends. Thanks for listening to problems in life...life goes on.
