With the loss of sight interfering with the finish of the trellis quilt, I finally finished the top border over the pillows. It is about 98 inches wide, and l06 long....DS is six foot four inches, so it had to be long. Whe, that is done, DONE. It will go to a LA after the first of the month.

On onward on the Savannah pattern designed by Red Crinefine Quilts of Texas. It will go together fast, that's what I like about it. Corner stones...or not. It will be a scrappy quilt with fall colors.

A good feeling to get it finished isn't it, QNS? Very pretty...

We just finished with a deluge of rain...and could get more this afternoon...spent long time in office yesterday organizing and getting rid of outdated stuff...good feeling to lighten up...seriously don't think I need to keep financial info from high school days of #2 and #3 DS now in their mid 30's....thinking of Bev when she was shredding stuff earlier this year...I will light a match...

Just saw your start...looking good so far.....

Love the colors of your quilt QNS. Beautiful! Hot here yesterday, in the 90's. That is hot for us here along the CA coast. We are going camping on Monday for four days, so nice to get away! Am anxious for our monthly RV club outings to start in September.

Beautiful trellis, QNS! I love all those purples and greens.

Second quilt is looking good too. I think I would like it with cornerstones, myself.

We are supposed to get bunches of rain here too. Like, for days... I just hope it cools the weather off and lessens the humidity. It's dangerously hot outside.

The sewing room is empty. Well except for one desk & a sewing machine that is on it. (No room for 'em in the Sequoia.) The Tundra is all packed up. The Sequoia is all packed up & the trailer still needs about half of it's load. We will finish loading the trailer in the morning & do a final clean up of the house. Not sure when we will leave but we will leave tomarrow. The Sequoia has most of my sewing stuff. We even left room in the Sequoia for the crate that my cat will be in. Boy is he gonna be unhappy.

Such pretty colors in that beautiful quilt QNS. I know it feels good to have that finished. The colors in the other one your working on will be such a pretty scrappy.

Sigh, we aren't leaving till tomarrow. We worked real hard on getting the house sparkling clean. We even had everything packed up except for the animals. But it was 2:30 & DH asked me to call DD to see if we can pick up DGD on Tues. (We would meet half-way in Bastrop.) She said yes. We will leave early in the morning. We won't feel so tired & will be able to get unloaded before we have to get DGD.
