Anael ... I should send that cartoon to my accountant! Though I don't think the man has a good sense of humour. Talking about sewing outside, you make me envious ... still chilly here, though it is to warm up today to 19C ... time will only tell! Your feathered wonder, is a wonder! So delicate looking with the fabric/colours and feathers.

DublB ... I guessed another sewing machine! (before seeing the answer!)

Honchey ... Doesn't look like my block by the fabrics And why do I think you were instigator of the fort building? Looks like a FUN time with the DGS's? How long will they be with you?

MiraB ... Oh dear! Good thing you walked away, and hopefully another day, it'll be clear sailing!

Another day, another dollar, was an old saying I remember...so Mirabelle...your tomorrow will be a better day.

Anael, excellent job well done on the quilt!! On to the next challenge!!

Dublb, I want to know how you can sew on more than one machine at a time....that would be something to see!! You need shelves where you can display all your various machines...and enjoy looking at them!!

Some therapy in the sewing room is planned for today...for myself...I hope. Quiet, peaceful and productive.

Thanks all for your compliments on my practice quilt! It's in my living room now and will stay there for a while.

QNS, I'm sewing the binding on a fruit/veggie table topper for my DDIL. I hope you'll get your therapy time

QuiltE, I did make a suggestion of turning the toddler bed over!!! they do this everytime they're over for a visit...I just sit in the adjoining room and watch...they do put it back to order before they leave...

I mailed my April MB today......is it staying in the continental USA or is it going elsewhere???? I'll never tell!!!! Someone somewhere will get a very pretty block!!! Used some of my "I don't want to cut it up" fabric...

My LA quilter from across the road called and had her machine available to quilt more of my tops, so I took two over to her. One was the Pansy Passion II, and the other one was gs wild North American animal quilt. Both quilt sizes were like 48 by 60, so they will not take long to do.

Arranged the BB blocks; now to decide on slashing, corner stones, etc., and finish it, so LA sisters can quilt it. Finish the blue nine patch quilt border, and let they quilt it. Finish border for lilac/black/bright green garden trellis quilt and they can quilt that one. Finish borders for the 'rocket' throw and they can quilt that.,...although Bakers Dozen called it the shuttle pattern. Meanwhile back to therapy in the Quilt Room.

Honchey's block must be destined for me! .... after all it is the 15th and time for International Blocks to be on the moooooooooove!!

Honchey ... so glad that you "teach" the kids to play and that they have learned to put it all back together again, for you!

Anael ... No decisions yet! I have the pics and they are in my camera. Guess I need to download them and send them into cyberspace for you!

QNSue ... you're going to have lots of great therapy with all those quilt tops going to the Moss Sisters! You're becoming a real little assembly line of production. Here's a block that I spotted, that perhaps DH would like to do ...

It's from a PP blog hop series. Here's the list with dates and links ....

I really want to get my PC borders done this week ... now that I've said it, I have my accountability to you ladies!

Qns, you are one busy lady today. What's for dinner????

Well, I'm officially an antique. My neighbor came over today and spotted 2 chairs I had brought back from my mother's house. She got so excited, OMG where did you get those?? Everyone loves those antiques. They're Mid-Century Modern and very sought after OMG!!! Well, they've been in my mother's bedroom ever since I can remember so I guess that makes me mid-century modern antique, what ever the heck that is LOL. I just brought them home and put them in my sunporch to pile quilts on--I've run out of places to display them. Maybe I should look them up on Ebay or something----maybe I'll sell them and get rich and never work another day. Nah--I like the size of them. Actually thought of painting them white LOL. Shows how much I know about antiques!!!
