It's a good thing nothing happened QNS except waisting money on gas. But that's nothing compared to your house burned down!

I have a quiche in the oven, have to eat early as I have a meeting tonight with a group of mentally challenged people. We start early, 6.30 pm, meaning I will be home early too
Tomorrow night I have another meeting with another group, they start at 7.30 pm so not that early.

The weather is still nice, tomorrow another warm day and starting Wednesday temperatures are going down again. Tomorrow in the afternoon it's going to rain So no more outside, back to sewing

More precious photos for us, thank you Anael.

QNS thank goodness you found it in time, so scary to think what might have happened.

I only have 3 sides of the border left to quilt and I hope to get the binding on today so I can sit and sew it down before Thursday, this has taken me longer than I thought.

Anael I am still practising some days I get it right and sometimes I don't.

I am off to the Post Office to post my May MB, its a week early but as everyone has received their April block I thought I would start May off early. Where is it going I hear you ask, well only the fairies know

I got my epidural th'smornin'. They gave me "conscious sedation." The last time I had this done I didn't remember the procedure but this time I do. It only took about 5 min.s. I felt some pressure but no pain. I came home & slept for 4 hours. LOL

I hope you get the relief the last one gave you dublb! I'm glad it was painless, that is a blessing!

Thanks Jeanie! I put some ice on it for some o' the swellin' & am so happy. I already don't hurt as much as I was yesterday. I'm a bit restless taday but haven't found anythin' ta concentrate on very much. I did git one o' the crazy blocks in the mail that is part o' the "Crazy Block RR" that I'm doin' on another forum. I used my embroidery machine ta add some stuff ta it. I have a whole month ta work on it but I'm already through. I think I'll send it on, so that there is some space left for the next person ta do stuff ta it. If it stays here I'll just do more.

QNS...so glad that you're safe!! It's so easy to forget the little things which can escalate to disaster at our age. I've left the gas stove burning a few times but being in the house and throwing heat, it was discovered in time too. I used to live in a retirement village and all of the heating and cooking was electric. Makes so much sense for safety!!
Jeanie....hope your DH gets well soon. Are you anywhere near the California fires? Keeping my fingers crossed for you too that nothing else pops up in the remodel and it gets done in a timely manner.
Anael....hard to imagine that the twins were so premature when you see them now. They must be getting close to going home. Good looking cooking too!
Honchey....you might check with the local ag extension agent about the blueberries. The plants might filter out the insecticide. They sure look good! I love Blueberries.
Dubib....sorry the house didn't work out but look at it this way....you don't have the work of moving! I'm glad you're feeling better.
i have garden work to do but it looks rainy so I'll do a little sewing this morning. Finally got started on a quilt for my new DGS. It will be scrappy!
