Jeanie that is absolutely fantastic. I like your beige sashing and black cornerstones and triangles. Your blocks are beautiful and done so well. I love the Christmas colors, controlled but such variety! Oh my!!

Can you tell I love it?????

Hi Jeanie, What are the measurements for the finished quilt? I'm being very lazy and don't want to figure it out myself right now. Anne

The book says the lap size is 57" x 67", and you know what.....mine came out to that measurement!!! Wonder of wonders! Got it sandwiched today, used basting spray which I love. Sandwiched a small sample to play around with. I'm using a cozy manish flannel for the backing and 80/20 batting.

I don't do FMQ, so will be mainly stitching in the ditch, I want those blocks to stand out nicely.

Jeannie, your Farmer's Wife quilt is lovely, lovely, lovely and, did I mention LOVELY? Seeing your completed top has challenged me to finish the 18 or so blocks I still need for the lap size. The finished blocks have been on my design wall so long, my DH thinks they're new wallpaper!

I vow that as soon as I finish the Nutcracker Quilt for my DGD, the FW is next to complete! Thanks for posting such a great quilt. Belles
