ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! I know you hand quilted each block, but is the border design machine quilted? Your blocks sure look good together ... see, you did all that worrying about your fabric choices for nothing!

Oh wow Jan, that is gorgeous! I just love it. The sashing and border is perfect. Congratulations. I showed my DH and he loved it too.

Thank you all very much. I enjoyed this project so much--well at least 98% of the time LOL. Some of those blocks were real boogers. Weezie, I machine quilted my blocks; I used my old handquilting templates so each block was quilted differently. I'm not a fan of over-all meandering in a quilt with individual blocks---just my humble opinion, I think they look lovely in someone else's quilt.
You mentioned the borders. I'll definitely do QAYG for our next project execpt the borders. I had them all mapped out and even but when they meet at the corners they were off. Each corner is diffent but no one will ever see all 4 corners at the same time LOL.
Thanks again for all your support during this incredible fantastic journey. Looking forward to the next one!
    Peace-Jan
