Hi, The blue gives the blocks more definition while the peachy coral makes the blocks blend into each other. I like the blue better. GrannyQ--I'm speechless !! Your Quilt would win the grand prize--Best in show!! Blue Ribbons all around.

I prefer the peach but I get why others like the blue. I've just never been a fan of it.

    Cool blocks, everyone!

I won't get around to this for a while. I'm playing nursemaid to a person and a dog. I also put my cutting table in front of my design wall making the wall difficult to reach. Just call me Einstein.

On the 3 " ones please let me know which you like for possible sashings? I'm starting to wonder on both the 3" and 4" either going with like a tye dyed muslin (for sashing)I just can't decide. Maybe Black? eekkkkkk.....I don't know......White?
The 4" one I still think the blocks are way to dark so the next 25 blocks will do a lot of white background.(Maybe I will like it then)

I do have closer up pictures of the different colored sashings if that will help.Wasn't sure whether I should add them here or not.
I think the blue fabric makes the blocks "pop"! Love it!
I agree, I like the blue! The collection of blocks blow me away!!! Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Beautiful! What about pale yellow sashing? I see though, it looks like you have some sashing up there already... I wonder if you gradiate the shades from light to dark, starting in the upper left hand corner, going down to the lower right, getting darker? At any rate, your blocks collection is gorgeous!!!

No particular order, just putting them up to keep looking at them as we progress thru the rest...

Looking at auntjo's, I see that a block I chose not to make looks wonderful. This thread is educational. Thanks!
