I think the trade could be fun .... would seem more like we are quilting together, as we pet each other's fabrics IRL! And talk about memories long after we are done!! :)

This is going to be so much fun! I'm getting so much more excited that I might just have to change my mind and start in January with y'all.

I notice we all are startin' to talk with a twang! Wonder when it will translate into our outside lives. I can just see what would happen if I walked into a meeting and said: Hi y'all. Y'just sit yerself down." !

Great to catch up on all the comments, I have been away for the past 10 days (moving DD closer to home). I am getting excited to start this next quilt, what fun we are going to have

hey .... did you just notice that? :)

Before y'all forget about FWS .... were there not any photo pages til you got to Block #11? I'm getting ready to post some ... and yes, some of those are ready. Plus some others sporadically.

Alas!! I have officially made my debut in the FWS-land!!! I have just completed posting the first sets of blocks I have done .... so if you're interested, y'all trot on over (being that some of you are already on your ponies!) to the photo pages for 1+2, 5+6, 13+14, 71+72, 81+82 and 83+84.

I have a few more done, though will post once I have the weekly pair completed.

QuiltE, I've checked out all your pretty blocks and like that "our" project is still on-going and that latecomers like you (a good thing!) are still providing us with delectable eye candy. Thank you!

Thanks Evie ... I've enjoyed seeing your blocks, and hope that mine can bring back memories for some of you, of your FWS year together!

I've been going down "memory lane" viewing all the blocks that we've done and it is simply amazing! It really has put a smile on my face. Thanks QuiltE..Now when I need a little pick me up I know where I can go to lift my spirits.
I've been asked to fill in for a gal that's having a "Sister" get together. I will be working for a whole week! I'm bringing several projects with me to "work" on while I work. What better place could I be in. ...A gallery full of Viking machines to play with...and I will play. I'm going to sandwich a few tops...There are nice big tables to work on. I usually don't like this part of quilting but having alot of room helps. Have any of you machine quilted in the ditch with a blanket stitch ? I'm going to try that tomorrow. See how it looks. Time to start dinner. Later, Anne
