After seeing everyone's blocks I'm not sure if I want to post mine! I just started this activity and did blocks 47 & 48 first and am working my way back to catch up as I go forward so hope to get 4 blocks a week done.

Welcome aboard oksewglad! Don't know how many are doing this quilt. Someone should probably take a count. I know there were quite a few when we first started months ago, but they have dwindled!

Thanks for the welcome. I'm laughing at myself as I know it won't be until the end of the week until I get to the next blocks. I'm behind and it's only week 2 for me and I'm trying to do 4 a week. I just love the diversity of fabrics everyone is bringing to the table!

Hi Jan & Mirabelle, Would you believe the background fabric is NOT a batik?

Here's my two blocks. I'm chugging along. I like how these turned out. It was one of those that you hold your breath as you sew it up because you don't know if the colors are going to look good or look like something you'd use for a dishrag!
