Very pretty Anne-very jealous of your #47, your inset seams are perfect and I love the colors. Wasn't #48 a "relief"? I needed an easy block. Looks like you're getting all caught up--are you settled in?

Hi Jan, Not completely, we're doing things piecemeal-I don't feel overwhelmed that way. We're here until the 29th of Jan. then heading back home for My grandson's b'day. I have one for him every year It's kind of a surprise 'cause he never knows what day it's going to be. Back to the blocks, Anne

Anne, your blocks are wonderful! Especially block #47! Wow!

Okay, here are my blocks 47 & 48. I paper pieced #47, so have extra seams in mine.

RW, I paper pieced mine also- I used the original templates tho, I didn't get your configuration with the center block pieced. I wish I had seen yours--it would have been alot easier. Yours turned out great!!

Thank you. Right back atcha about your blocks! All the blocks are great looking. I had a compliment paid me on my last week's blocks for which I did not say thank you. I'm sorry about that; last week was a bit of a bummer, with dog surgery and after-surgery care.
