Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I ripped out lots of seams on this one. This is the first pattern that I've altered. My husband decided that the step needed more definition. I also wish that I had something more with the windows. But once I thought of that I wasn't ripping it out. After all of the work, I'm really please with it.

Wow what great blocks!!! I really need to get mine finished. Thanks for all the great ideas I have gotton from looking at all of your blocks. Maybe that's why I'm procrastinating, because I see something in all the blocks that I'd like to put in mine.....boy this will be one huge block if I use them all. Keep posting the pics,,love them.

Boy oh boy oh boy :( .
I think I like the challenge of paper piecing and believe me this farmhouse challenged me  . Just when I thought I had my material set just right on the angles I sewed and turned to find my fabric going in a totally different direction. I ripped out so many times I had no paper left :hunf: .
A BIG thanks to all the quilters that have already posted. You are my inspiration.
After I took this picture I noticed I put part of the border on backwards, I'm just not surprised at all. lol
