O'k I had to really move myself today so I can then start thinking about the next star block, due today. If I get behind I'll never catch up, so many other things on the go as well!

I enjoyed the farmhouse block, doing all those little pieces really tried me.

Well I have printed out the farmhouse and I am planning on using the freezer paper method on this. I had a demo at a meet on how to do this! So we will see! I did the first step in getting the pattern ready (stitching over the lines w/o thread). Now I will decide on colors of fabrics and hopefully get her on her way tomorrow!

I printed out the star block too for this month! So it seems I have a bit of PP to do this and next week!

I'm about ready to give this one a try also. I'm hoping to do the freezer paper method too. We'll soon see how that goes.

I finally finished the farmhouse block. Had some trouble with the roof but did the best I could.

I used to bypass any quilt pattern that had pp because I didn't know how to do it and was too intimidated to give it a try. After these first two BOM blocks, I now feel confident that I could try just about anything that comes my way. I think that's really added to my fun here. :-D :-D
Love the plaids!! will make a really cozy quilt!!
