    Last night I did my star. It was fun other then I had to humble myself. I didn't read the directions and just jumped in so my block is a little smaller, by an inch. I am ready for Feb.

    I am using Basic Grey Origins fabric.

    Love your fabric...Do you know I've never bought a piece of black fabric and rarely buy white...I guess I must get over whatever it is abt those colors and just give them a try...

    I love that flower fabric! I would just slap a border on it and call it perfect! You could border a couple of random stars on the quilt and leave the rest without borders. I think that would be cool. In fact, I think I might do that! Hehehe, stole my own idea :mrgreen:
