Beautiful and very clever. Cannot wait to see the rest of your stars.

Did these some time ago and haven't had time to take pictures and upload. The kitty is Dory -- she is the newest of my helpers and a sweet heart. My mother has her three white kittens. (about 9 months old.)

I have been collecting fabrics for a black and white and pink quilt and didn't know what blocks to do for it. When I saw others' black and white stars here I decided to use my B&W&P for this quilt.

These blocks of the month are really fun. Can't wait for the next one.

I have just chosen my material. I am planning to make all the stars with the same fabric. Decided on doing the butterflies, bugs and flowers as the stars and then making the outer edges different colours and maybe depending on the background adding a couple of the colours together. Should have enough material for the 12 blocks. WHAT DO YOU THINK CP?

Butterflies, bugs and flowers are the stars - plain colours are the background

I like the idea of making two stars every month. I think I will do that also. Everybody's stars are beautiful!
