I found this pioneer BOM and just knew I had to participate. Everyone's blocks are gorgeous!!
I decided to dig into my massive collection of Kansas Troubles Quilters fabrics and make my first block. This is going to be fun!!

On the Idaho beauty I did mine different ( didnt know I was LOL) I love my block.
Sharing the pics of blocks is not to find fault, its so we can all admire each others work.

As my four-year-old granddaughter, Emily, would say "thank you, thank you. You're too kind". I am really excited about doing this-I have never participated in a BOM before and I think it's going to be a lot of fun.
Everyone's blocks are so inspiring and I love looking at how the block looks so completely different made with different fabrics!!
Joyce, by my calculations, we only have to wait 1 more week until the next block!!! Yeah!!

Have asked Shadow if I can join in this late and made the january block to show I'm keen... it's a very scant 12 1/2" - I'm new to machine piecing and I think the foot on my sewing machine is a bit more than a 1/4"! Will put some tape as a guide in future, I think...
