Elle, how are the people in your area celebrating winning the World Cup in soccer?

Well last night everyone went mad, truly, they were shouting and screaming when the goal went in. They went around our village in their cars in tandem blowing their horns and hanging out of the sunroofs with their flags flying, shouting Viva Espaņa.
That went on till the early hours. So today everything is quiet and peaceful, think there are a few sore heads LOL

Most of the houses have the Spanish flag decking their patios, they are very very happy people. Its the first time they have managed to get to the final never mind win it.

Well the last post I did was in my village, which is very small. Just seen the news. There has been a concert going on in Madrid for the last 23 hours, 20,000 fans gave them a welcome like know other when they landed. All the football players have been invited by King Carlos & Queen Sofia to meet them. Also Crown Prince Philipe, Princess Letizia his wife and the two children Princess Leanor (who will one day be Queen) and Princess Sofia. The little ones got to hold the Cup much to their delight.

OK ladies, here is the link that I used for the signature. Just follow the on screen directions. You will type your name and then select the font and angle and background color (select transparent) At the end, there will be some code that you can copy. Copy the one that mentions "forum" on it...thats the correct one to use. So...you will right click and "copy" that code. Then you will come here..go to My Profile, scroll down to your signature box and "paste" the code from the signature site into the white box. That should do it

If you can't figure it out there is another link on this thread
