Janstar your blocks look great! Wasn't that triangle challenging with the inset seams, or was it just me?

Great job Janstar. Love how you did the tiny triangles. I just cut some out and glued 'em down, but they aren't holding well. I may just drop 'em - who will ever know??

Some people purchased the Dear Jane book by Brenda Papadakis, and others purchased the software which allows you to print the blocks in whatever method of piecing you prefer. Some of the blocks are strickly applique. I purchased both and have not opened the book since I started this project. The software (which also comes with a very detailed manual) is your best bet. I purchased mine online from JoAnnes.

I may have to consider buying the book if I can't figure out a pattern on one...but for now I just have to figure out this website and how yall do things, and where I need to go look at something...

Hi Pixie....I would HIGHLY recommend that if you want to make this quilt, you buy the software from JoAnne's. It will allow you to print off the pattern for each individual block...you can print templates, paper piecing patterns...applique patterns... I could not do the quilt without it. Other than that......come on!!! Play with us!
