I am posting this early, I hope none of you mind but, I am having friends/family over tomorrow and won't get a chance to post it then.

I tried to pick an interesting, yet somewhat simple block as I know you all are probably busy.

    Can't wait to see pics!

I like it! I like it!
Now I have to decide what colors to make this year's BOMs. How fun!
Nice way to spend New Year's Eve. Glad you posted early! I might just make it early too!

Wow, I already had a printing of that. I haven't made it yet though. Just printed it awhile back when I went wild on Quilter's Cache. I should join the no buy bunch but I haven't. I do intend to try to use from my stash as much as possible though. It's that or I am going to run out of room. Besides Dad keeps saying when he built this addition on the back of the moble home for my work area he didn't do it to hold so much stuff and it is going to break lose from the rest of the house. Don't want to be the cause of that! :!:

Ok I am really excited. I waited till the first block of the year to attempt this BOM stuff! I am jealous...lol. I copied the directions off so now lets see if I am meant to be a sewer. I am going to attempt this. So far all I have done is your standard 4 patch block. Getting ready to start a nine patch. This practice on the BOM will maybe make me more confident about making more complex quilts. :) This hobby is very addicting... :D
