Okay everyone, the last BOM was a dilly, so I figured we will keep it easy for this one. This was my original idea for the BOM I just choose the last one for the forth. Silly me. This one is to go with the Cat BOM from last month. As Usual, Let's Have Some Fun..... :D :D :D

Yay! I've been checking all day for the new BOM! I love the bluebird block but mine won't be blue. Have to stay withing my BOM quilt colors. Let's see: yellow bird or pink? Any suggestions?

Yellow is what I was thinking too.

Have you started your block yet? I saw that its calculated for a 7.5in block. Has anyone recalculated for a 12.5in block? It would really help my poor brain.

she tells you how to make it as a 10" (finished) block. do that, then add a 1" border all the way around. voila! a 12" finished block. :P

i can't post a pattern or instructions for this one. i haven't found any proof yet that it's in the Public Domain.

We can still post photos of the blocks we make from her instructions. That should be ok.

This is a really cute block DonnaRae. I wouldn't put birdie too close to the kitty block though...birdie may end up a quilted snack  :D

I have my picture up. Nothing special. Very basic. Isnt any one else doing the BOM besides us? I understand the last block, but this one is kinda easy. I did not think it was not going to line up when I sewed the last seams but somehow it did.
