Just finished mine and noticed the barn roof is off on the left side, but am not going back to redo. I had such a hard time with that small piece as it was...can't figure it out, other than the facr is if I use large pieces, it's more likely to turn out without the seam ripper coming into play. Ha! Ha!
    I absolutely just love yours.

I must admit that I'm waiting to see more barns and comments to avoid frustration when I do my barn. Love your barn doors - what to figure that one out. Also need to get me some more "stash" - Great Barn

I haven't done so much paper piecing. I haven't really cared for it but I was looking forward to this year's BOM. While I was working on this I thought of a little ditty. Not too original and you can probably guess the tune:

I do not like it Sam I am
I do not like paper piecing
I do not like it here or there
I do not like it anywhere!!

LOL! This wasn't too bad. I still need to figure out what I am doing wrong with the peeks. Thanks Hobbykat for choosing this.

I had problems with January and February blocks, as well, but after making so many different adjustments, I was finally able to print them to the correct scale. I want to continue with this BOM, but don't feel like sitting here and continuing to adjust and print until it finally prints out correctly. Anyone have a solution to this?
what i did was went to page set up and changed from" letter to legal," got some " legal size paper," then print preview, moved the arrows a bit to make sure that everything fit then hit print.
Thank you; thank you; thank you!!! This is such an easy solution!! Just get longer paper and set the paper supply section to Legal!!!! It printed out beautifully!!!

Once I got the pattern printed out, Thank you Luvmotherest, this pattern was fun to make up. I should have payed a little more attention to the contrast between the barn and sky. I HAVE to add a quilt block, I love those that did theirs with a block:

Looks like everyone is having "fun" with the Barn...Love all I've seen from Pokka Dot barns to quilts hanging on the side of the barn (love those)...Then the applique accents of sheep, horses, fences, cars, dogs, sheep...just wonderful. Great works of art...

After seeing the blocks the past few months from this BOM, I really want to learn how to applique. Love all the items you can add with this technique.

Love looking at everyone's blocks. Love them all!
It's not too large -- it's just right. I love it!!
