Girls they are both really nice. I don't think I have seen that block before. I really like it. It is amazing how differnt color can make them look. I like both color choices. I made a paper pieced sail boat, for my fabric cards, but one didn't turn out to good and it was all because of the fabric I choice. I did a good job sewing it but hated that I couldn't use it. The sails didn't show up because of the back ground color. I couldn't even find another patern just like that eiter had to settle for another patern and it wasn't as good. Can you find that block pattern on the net?

    Thank you.
I'm actually turning it into a big coaster for my desk.
I put 3 layers of batting on it and I'm binding it in yellow.
Will post once I am done with it.

Pretty, Terri! That will make a beautiful coaster. You're really mastering paper piecing!

Mine is the 12" pieced version. Great BOM choice, Barb! It is block #11 with my BOM fabrics. One more to go!

Chele, I always enjoy your fabrics sooooo much! I really like how the background fabric seems to fade back and the flower stands out so nicely :D

Those are great blocks  . Luv the use of graduated colour in your blocks. Chele your fabrics are so snazzy, can't wait to see it together :P . Gonna see how I can work my blue/yellow/purple into this, see what I can come up with, gotta go stack some firewood first tho (sigh) don't ya just hate it when other jobs interfere with your quilting time
