lol lol, no not an idiot, but a very smart lady! lol I havent done the paper piecing yet, but, i'm sure it will be much easier than the zillion pieces i had to cut out to rotary cut one lol lol lol I vote paper piecing :)

No worrys about the trees CathyM, out here they are planting super fast growing trees just for paper production! :D They are a wonderful windbreaker, produce lots of fresh air, can be planted in rural unused acreage, they look pretty and so does your block, so you see...... it is a win/win :lol: :lol: :lol:

All the blocks are gorgeous. I'm digging in my scrap bins right now to find the makings for mine. I think I'll go with Chele's pieced block in a 12 inch as paper piecing gives me fits! :cry: Paper piecing class next week so maybe after the class I'll LIKE paper piecing. :wink: Thanks to everyone for sharing your work so we can all get inspired.

Cathy, luv that graduated pansy fabric of yours, Yummy :!: . Mary, I see you put those fat quarters to good use, that colour can be quite hard to find sometimes, you did good :P . Thanks so much Barb for the great block, really enjoyed this one :D
