But then look what happened if the four blocks were pointing outwards. I think I could have chosen a better blue for this one, but it can't be too bad, the quilt inspector has put her seal of approval on it (well her backside anyway) and she won't have a bar of anything that's too naff

The quilt inspector, Lol I can't keep her off anything

Love all your blocks Shelly. I probably took as long to make the one I did than it took for you to make all 3. The 16 squares were a piece of cake, but those rectangles - GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I did it my own way and should have paid more atention to the templates.

ShellyQ, your quilt inspector looks identical to my "Kitty" who died a few years back at 17 years of age. Kitty was also a cat of distinction who gave approval to little that humans could do. Her disdain was quite withering. Your girl brought a smile to my face as the memories flooded back. Thank you.

Linda, I feel for you, I know how hard that is, my old girl passed away three years ago when she was 16. I'm glad my spoilt madame gave you a smile and brought back some happy memories. That photo has really caught her attitude well, I often feel like I ought to be curtseying or something
