add a border or two, possibly some sashing, and twelve 12-inch blocks make a nice lap quilt.

My, that's a cheerful block. I love it.

I've been keeping an eye on the BOM posts and have made a couple to go into a sampler quilt that's going to be part Moose Quilts jelly roll quilt along blocks and part BOM blocks. As I'm cutting from my stash I can make that choice.

When that's done I'm going to do a whole quilt with the sunflower BOM block that was posted on this board recently. That's also just beautiful.

Great block. I'm not quite brave enough for the paper piecing, but will get the courage to try and see what happens.

hi finished my block last night. Managed to work out the pattern with a little bit of adjustments.. It worked and I can actually see a cat in the corner... cannot post picture as camera still not fixed... grrrrrr..i printed the pattern on 125% and then I worked out the middle patch as I could not get it right on the printer... It was an easy pattern once you got the little glitches worked out... thanks for the pattern... ciao

I will keep it as a learning lesson, but am planning on making a different combination & tweek it some more!! Don't laugh to hard!!
    Enjoy,
