I've already completed all my squares for the first clue and they look GREAT (I've never done triangles before). I'm making the larger quilt. Wish I knew how to post photos.

Going out today to find the magazine before I start shopping the stash. I thought I could find it at Walmart but no luck. So off to Joannes. Wish me luck.

caroline i ordered my copy from this website. it's only $5.99 (same price in store) including postage. that is a great deal plus it saved me travel time from driving around looking for this magazine. http://www.plantedseeddesigns.com/sh...ting-magazine/

sheepla do you have your photos uploaded on your computer? if so, you will probably need to reduce the size (pixels) of the photo before you can upload to this board. try this board tute and see if this can help you to post pics here. would love to see your triangles. http://www.quiltingboard.com/qb-help...t166655-2.html

Thanks. My shopping expedition was fruitless. I will order the site. No more wasted gas.

    My, Sheepla, You are fast!!.
I just now found these fabrics in my stash. The blue one on the far left is really a teal. As you can probably tell, these colors come from about 1990. And I did purchase them from Joanne's at least 20 years ago. Always wanted to make something with them! I can't wait to get started.

I had several yards of the on the left! LOL I used to buy strictly JoAnn's 20 years ago, it was good fabric then, but now, uggg, it looks and feels like 1st or 2nd runs, flaws, misprints. You have to check every yard and both sides. Switched to Hobby Lobby.. much better

I like your combo, rethinking mine. Thank Goodness we have lots of time on this one.
