Thanks, Dotty, sweet of you to say that. I think sillisness and wquilting are a good fit!

Emma, hope you do join in and do the mystery, they seem to be a lot of fun, at least from what you guys tell me!

    You guys are a riot!!

Emma, I sure know what UFOs are because I have a lot of them. But what are GFGs and pigs?

Coopah, I think I know what 'get organized' means, but I'm almost losing hope. I used to be really organized, kept everything up, and could find things when I wanted. Now I can't find anything. Paperwork mostly. Hope all is well with you.

I love the way this train can go anywhere, wait at the station, pick people up, then be across the country in a flash.

Whitepine: GFG is just a grandmothers flower garden. Considering the amount of time it takes to finish one maybe it should have its own UFO designation. The PIGS is Project In Grocery Sack usually quilts that haven't gotten far enough along to be a real UFO. Judy: The first five are on my bucket list, if I can avoid looking at the end of the post they can be my very own private mystery tour. Thanks to Evie, I have my list of were the instructions can be found.

Alrighty, gals, I have to tell you something: I'm officially excited about mystery #7. I just finished sewing it together, and it's one thing to have a picture in your head, and to plot it out on paper and to hope it all comes together (we won't mention how many times I pondered and changed things as something else came to mind for a certain part) .... but now that iit is all sewn into one piece, I am so stoked about the result. I hope you will be as happy with your quilt as I am with mine.

Judy, can you tell us what we are making? A runner, table quilt etc. "Grandmothers flower garden" is called that because you are a young woman when you start it and an old grandma by the time it's finished.LOL Is it Friday when we start #7?

Typically, we are provided values (light, dark, contrasting) and an example. The color family will be up to your preference.
