As a couple others have said life does get in the way, and my mini vacation definitely cut into my sewing time. However, I am hoping to get caught up before next Friday. The sewing seems fairly simple and I know I can do this. I have truly enjoyed seeing everyone's blocks. Such great color combinations.

I'm certainly enjoying the view while we click along the tracks, sipping some tea and munching on some afternoon scones. Anyone care to join me??

Judy: What a marvelous keepsake. I can just hope that someone enjoys one of my quilts as much.

Glad you have the wonderful quilts. Neither my grandmother or my mom did any kind of crafty stuff. I always wished I had a quilt that was made from a relative to pass down to the next generation. This is why I started quilting three years ago. My kids and grandkids will have a hay day when I pass away. SOOOO many quilts to deal with. I have also started knitting. Always wanted to make baby blanket for grandkids. I am starting the tradition. Hope my family treasures things I have made like you treasure yours. Thanks for sharing.

sustraley you crack me up! I would love to have a quilt like that also. I just got the bee up my .. really want to learn how to make a baby blanket or fifteen for my future grand children. I have high hopes that they will start showing up soon in the next couple years so better start now.. even though they are small it might take me a bit of time to "whip" one up (like months) now to find me a teacher. I can do a scarf same pattern row after row. but how to make a blanket that doesn't turn into a triangle.. clueless.

I just read a post, that seems to be from Judy. She says she can't get any further than post #221 on this thread. She is asking for help to solve her problem. I don't have a clue. If any body can help her she is asking for a PM because of course she can't access this thread.

Sunlite and Emma, problem solved. I was able to take the "help needed" post down. Didn't have to go to Patrice.
