Started mine yesterday. Cut additional 5" squares to go with the charms I had. So I am ready to start sewing the HST. Plan to do this at my upcoming quilt retreat last weekend in June. I'm thinking I may do one in Red, White & Blue as well. It would make a great looking All American table topper for my dining room table!

Okay, I'm caught up. Been on a little vacation and then a 3-day quilt retreat. Can't wait to see what's going to happen next!

I am so impressed with all the postings! Your quilts are fabulous. And the braided border is a great idea.

Well, we come to an end tomorrow, and I am really going to miss this train ride. Been so much fun seeing how everyone's quilts are so different, and how you all have responded so positively to my little mystery. I thank you for all your comments and support; you've made this a wonderful trip.

Judy, I had never participated in a mystery quilt before this. Never had the time with being an over the road truck driver, I couldn't make the blocks, etc., in a timely manner to participate. I've thoroughly enjoyed this trip. You kept the mystery going thru-out the entire process, even with the last clues coming tomorrow! We still don't know the final outcome! I will definitely participate in the next train ride, wherever it takes us! Thank you for doing such a great job with this one!!
