Jan, that came out gorgeous! Yes, the white tonal just set it off! Sometimes we just have to take a leap of faith, which is just what we did with this mystery. Judy did a great job hosting this & I look forward to doing another train ride with her.

PokerDiva - Beautiful, Awesome, totally eye catching. The coloration really showcased the design of the topper.

Cindy - Will look forward to seeing how those test threads work for you and what quilting pattern you use.

JanTx - Wonderful browns... amazing job. Are you going to use it as a table topper? I can imagine it as a beautiful table topper with a piece of glass over it to protect it.

Judy - I waited until today when I saw others postings to complete mine. I dont have anymore of the green that I used in the scrappy and I wanted my piano keys to have all the same colors I used in the wheel. Sadly LQS does not have any of the green in I used. Sew.... Im trying to decide what Im going to do. I will be keeping the same sashing fabric though.. it will work just fine. But I did stay on the fence.. LOL so I dont know what kinda of vote that is.

Thanks again for hosting another awesome train ride and for this beautiful pattern.

All,
I have enoyed this mystery quietly in the corner of the club car...and now have a decision to make...all feedback is welcome...I don't know what to do with the sashing....one is white with the orange dot and green on the left and the other is a similar print variation of fabric D with the turq/brown on the right. They both have a different impact on the overall look...what do you think? A/left/white, or B/right/turq/brown for sashing?

Thanks for the ride...enoyed the company and the virtual calories are the best from all the goodies.

Judy, that's a tough decision, for sure. A, makes both the center & piano keys stand apart more. B, seems to blend them more together. My choice? Probably B. I just like the fun connection it makes.

Something else I just noticed, isn't it also in that small square in the corner? If so, definitely B!

Jenniky
Counted them as I went thru the box, more than
60 greens, but not that one, it looks so familiar, but not in my stash.

On a side note , sure am glad I spent those days sorting everything into colors...lots easier to find or not find fabric.

I like the left side sashing IMHO the right side takes my eyes away too much from the focal point of the Carpenters Wheel
