Can a person pop in and out? This looks like fun but I can't commit to it right away. Doing 3 Booms, 2 commissioned quilts, and plenty of UFOs this January/Feb. To join later I just post a picture?

Help me understand, please, about who picks the block of the month. Are you going in the order of the sign-ups??You picked for January, then Bibliostone for Feb, Cajun Bear--march, and so on till the 12th person for the year?

Well Zozee, as it stands right now, I will draw a name and they will pick a block, let me know what it is and link and I will post around the first of the month. IF we have more than 12 that posts pictures, then will have to decide then. Participants need to post pictures in order to be in the next month. Hope that makes sense..

Hi Jean, Yes I'll stay in. I think this is a great idea, especially as we seem to have lost the original 'block of the month' that used to be on here. Big shame! and also, some of the ladies were going with out a partner a lot of the months in the 'quilting bee'...

(if we chose to we can still make a different block for ourselves each month to complete out 'theme quilt' that we were making last year. I'm happy to do this!)

I'll have a look at your chosen block when I get home from work later!!

See you soon! Hugs Jacquie xxx

So glad you're staying in, I hope more of the 'original' ladies will answer. They said they wanted to stay in the Bee, but since it's been redone, haven't heard from a few. This IS fun, and get to make so many different blocks you might not do normally. You can add to, or set them anyway you want. Hope you're doing fine, think of you often..;o)

I got my block made today. I think I like the colors, I'm not a lover of orange, but it just seemed to 'make' this block.

I would like to join! I am finding that when I am a part of challenges and mystery quilts I tend to quilt more! I also make quilts/blocks that I wouldn't normally make.

I have no idea what colours I will do but I am forcing myself to pull most of it from stash.
