Water came rushing down the road and straight down our driveway into the garage and down into the basement. Like a flash flood; ended up with 3 ft of water in total, ruined the sheet rock, had to replace 4 feet up. What a job!

As I said, in 25 years living here, we never experienced anything like it, but over 12 inches of rain in under 6 hours can do alot of damage.

Good eagle eyes, yes there are only 3, all the others have 4, you can either place in on the top, bottom, or add another flower if you want to have 4 all the way around.
