Our 7th Mystery Quilt Train Ride -- Whoo Hoo

Yay, I'm home and can get to work on the mystery, which is only done to the first clue so I have a lot to catch up. But it's raining and there's laundry to do so it's an inside day. I've been in the observation car and enjoying all the amazing colors, wonderful chatter and quilt inspectors. I've always wanted a Russian Blue, or a blue of any kind. Also really want an Abyssinian. But...the kitties that find their way to my door come first and I'll just have to admire the others.
I have wondered about ruler racks, like yours Judy. Do the rulers ever warp from being on an angle like that? Mine are in a helter skelter pile and I would like to organize them.

Thanks for the kudo's! Right now I can use some encouragement. I just went through all of them & got 'em loaded into the car. One I'll have to take an iron to when we open it up because I used the 10-minute block at the intersections, so they're messed up from folding. Will look terrible when hung. Catch ya'll later!

No, rulers are thick enough that they don't warp. I put a small piece of wood simple to keep them from falling forward, so they wouldn't knock the tiny ones off. I think I had seen one like that with the angle but probably didn't need it. Mary probably made hers by slicing with a table or radial arm saw, cutting slices crossways across the wood. The blade would probably make a thick enough slot, or else would just move the 2 x 4 a bit and take off another skoch.
