I love your colors, whitepine--really pretty combo.

I made three of the #6 mystery. I'm getting ready to send one to my MiL for her birthday and one to a dear friend as a retirement gift. I gave the third to my daughter. Great pattern.

great chef !!!! I have been experimenting with that block in different sizes....really fun

    my favorite so far is a 3 inch square(print) and 1 1/2 inch strips(off-white) and squares(print)

Very pretty Chef and Dotcom. Love the colors in both of them. I've done two of the #6 but haven't quilted them. They are of a size that I really want to quilt them myself but am stuck on the how.

whitepine, love those bright cheerful color!

dotty - beautiful -- love the subtle colors on this one. I still like this pattern, and have made about 4 for charity.

chef - love the colors in your tiddlywinks, never did one with a controlled color pallette like this one. It's great. Now am now working on another in all batik scraps. Lately if I have a scrap, I cut the 3 blocks and put them in a box, then when I have 48 sets, I cut the backgrounds and make a quilt and add some borders.

I have been into town this week and bought a new stitch unpicked. I realised mine was pulling the stitching not cutting it. Didn't think I had done that much unpicking over the years!

sarah, I go through at least 2 a year. I do lots of unstitching. (obviously) My paper piecing is the worst. Love the beautiful blocks. The last ride #6 was a really pretty topper. I love mine. It was just so different with ending shape.

good thing there is a lap swimming pool in the exercise car on this train, because Saturday clue is about 45 hours away.................. and too much, too great food in the dining car.
