Ripped and Angelia -- love your squares!

This clue is also taking me longer than any of the others, so I'm glad this is all we have to do this week. I think it's having to stop and press and trim the inner square that is adding time. But it is an easy step and I like the fact there's no way to do it backwards. Been there, done that, too many times .)

Angelia, after seeing yours with E made up scrappy, I'm following suit. I realized that with D being scrappy, it made no sense to go with E as a constant. I didn't see Judy's comment before I'd already cut out D, otherwise I might have done the larger square in half for both D & E.

Now, I have to stop playing with fabric and finish my sermon for tomorrow which is only half-done, thanks to Judy and her temptations!

Haven't showed my progress on this one for awhile so thought I'd take a pic today and show. I'm the "matchy one" so am loving this so far.

All the blocks look beautiful! I was glad we used big pieces of E, so the print would show. I stuck with my original choice for the Red/Black version, but changed from pink to green on the scrappy one.

So now you all see why I was pushing for changes to E in some cases. I think everyone thought E was going to be the focus fabric, but I think there are 2 focus in this one - D and E.

But everyone's blocks are so beautiful, the finished quilts are going to really be eye catching.

Loving this! I am keeping my E...I think it will look good. Can't start on the clue till tomorrow. Then once finished & posted, I will wait ever so patiently for next week's clue (NOT!!!). Thanks Judy for another fun journey you're taking us on...I will be one that joins any mystery you do forever!

I am reading the directions three times and waiting till tomarrow to read them again....do not want to miss another mirror image step. Actually I think I will wait till I can print the directions out....easier to read from paper than the 'puter screen.

Everyones blocks sure are pretty ! Another winner, Judy !
