Mary I love your second pic, that one speaks to me for some reason. Finished mine today Judy and I love this pattern!! Put on 3 borders, 1 1/2", 2 1/2" and then a 3". Mitered all the corners because I like how it looked. Going to bind in the dark burgundy after it's quilted.

I want to thank everyone for their opinion. I think I will go with the second one also as that was my favorite. I love the other quilts shown.Lynnie I can't wait to see yours.I bet it's beautiful. Sometimes we just spend so much time with the fabric ,sewing that we don't see it anymore if you know what I mean. This is a great pattern, how can it not look great.

I just found this beautiful mystery quilt and wonder where I could find all of the weekly instructions. I know I am way behind the eight ball on this but love the pattern and really want to make it!

It's wonderful...I always love blue/yellow combination. And, yes, reversing the border color & then the blue inner really popped it.

I absolutely love everybodies' quilts. This is a fabulous pattern. Mine is done. I didn't like the way the red looked between the blues, so used yellow for the inner border. I wish I could have used the teal, but didn't have enough. I see I'm in good company at not orienting the hourglass in the stars in similar directions. I tried to get them going in opposite directions, but messed up on the last two. But since this is for me, I decided they would be my humility blocks.
