Beautiful work!! There isn't one that I don't like! I wasn't able to go on this trip...just too many irons in the fire. Then my most favorite SIL died, so we are now at our cottage in PA helping get things straightened out. Serendipity or karma. Who knows? But I would have so enjoyed the trip. January is being cleared (or wehenver the next Judy Mystery starts, so that I can go on the next trip. Putting in my reservation NOW! :-)

Beautiful "as is" ! quilt it, bind it and move on.... unless u need it bigger... sometimes less is more.....

Hi fellow travellers, there's some excellent tops shown already, i hope mine lives up to those standards lol.

I've really enjoyed doing this top, thanks Judy for all your efforts for us .

So, I did spend a couple of days trying out alternative layouts of all the blocks, but failed to find anything that I liked better than Judy's original layout, so that was a waste of my time .

I still have a number of scraps left over, so I'm going to do some kind of piano key/block border with those - starting with the off-cuts from the flying geese.....

So now I'm looking forward to the next one in the new year

    Cheers, Kate

Default Ride the train with Lynnie

Here is Lynnie's train ride. She's still adding another border and a surprise. She's always full of surprises.

Lynnie how in the world could you think that is blahhhhh it's fantastic......you silly woman. I can't wait to see the surprise.

Im loving all of the quilts what an awesome pattern Judy gave us it works beautifully with so many different fabric choices it's a perfect mystery can't guess what's coming next and everybody has great quilts no matter the color scheme.

I'm so far behind I may never catch up that silly thing called life keeps getting in my way.......but I'll keep moving along and eventually I'll get there. I keep telling myself it's not about the destination it's the journey. :-)

Everyone's quilt looks wonderful. Here is mine. I am not doing borders. I do more and more without borders.
