Thanks Judy, I'm leaving things the way they are and pushing forward.

Had to visit the first aid car, had a small quilting accident, skinned the side of my hand with the rotary cutter.

Left a pile of Boston Market chicken in the club car for dinner.

I already love this, and don't even know what the end result will be! Mine are all sewn, but just these two trimmed and pressed -- laid on top of the other fabrics: Oops! Just noticed Judy's note not to press. Won't do the rest until she says so.

    Default My start

Well first thank you Judy for the instructions to make a card cheat sheet of fabrics even with that I almost messed it up.
My pile of Hst's and a couple of layouts just looking at how the colors play together.

OK question how do you trim the blocks to the proper size without pressing them? Mine are pressed I need to trim and square them up. Don't know how to do that without pressing first.

Also love your collection of colors. .

I won't trim them until Judy tells us how to press them. I made these up before I read her later note. Plus I just had to play with them against the other fabric.

Billi, love the look of it!!!
I pressed b4 i was told not to. the only way i could square things up.
Otherwise, i think it would have been a royal mess. I'm slightly off on
a few of the sqs. But then again I always am when it come to HST.
Belfry bat, love your colors too.
