    That's the mystery, isn't it?
But it isn't A. And not saying if it if F.

Billi, you remembered a clue in that positing! You're spot on!

I feel like d or e will be your focal point since they have the largest fabric requirements. Remember this is coming from a first time rider so I could be way off base. Hahahaha hahahaha

Its scary to just go for it with out knowing for sure, trust yourself in your pallet choice and I bet it will be beautiful.

Thanks Judy! I'm making this as a show quilt. It's going to be huge! Should come in @ 102" square. I've got to have the top done before Christmas, quilted & done by mid February.

Cindy, I don't think I've ever seen a log cabin done that way. Bold!

Stylish, Sorry you aren't staying on the ride. Follow along, maybe the next clue will entice you back.

Well, am I the first to make a wrong cut? Using the trusty Wondercut ruler, I made one strip cut at exactly 4.5 rather than a bit larger to trim. Well, we'll see, I ironed one and I think it will be OK. Yikes. I hate it when I do that. My mind is not focusing.

Judy, I will take heed and double check them. Thanks. The Wondercut is a ruler with special markings for half square triangles. You cut fabric, sew a tube, then cut triangles all using this ruler. It's one of those things you can live without but makes these a snap. http://www.wondercutruler.com/

    Lawsonmugs, LOL for sure.

Uh oh. I missed the FINSHED part. Shoot. Mine are 4-1/2" unfinished. Looks like I'm going to do a lot of re-figuring on block sizes as we go along, as I'm not going to re-do these.
