Hello, I saw this and love MQs so I am going to jump on board. After going through my meager stash, I came up with 3 choices, based on having just enough fabric for each. Can someone help me choose?

    A B or C

Thanks, I'm looking forward to this. doing the MQ10 on QCA right now but think these will work out, at different steps so keeping them straight should be easy.

The HSTs for the regular quilt are on the right. Those on the left are for the experimental scrappy version.

whitepine - sounds exactly like a Strip Tube Ruler.
belfry - as white pine says, the 1/2 sq triangle block must measure at 4-1/2"
sdeaaz - no -- fabric A inb my first posting called for 44" for the blocks and the border, of which 16" is allocated for the border. You need 28" of A for making the blocks in the quilt.
RJ - like the one with green B and blue print D.

I love the Christmas themed one. Here is a couple of my 4 1/2" blocks made. Also a picture of the fabrics I'm using. The more true color is toward the top of the picture.
The colors are brighter ,such as the B fabric is a darker rust color, and the C fabric is a darker brown with med brown dots on it. Oh well. I think they are pretty in person. lol. Come over and you'll see what I mean.

I want to join this Mystery ride and will be picking out some colors later today. This will be my first mystery and I am looking forward to it. Seeing everyone's color choices is going to make this a lot easier on me.

After looking at my color choices, for a week. I really don't like the green I choose. So before I cut I will look some more. The green just did not scream its me, I belong, I like every thing else just not the green. I should have something before the next clue.
