DeDe: I'm right there with you on the concern about the size of the print in the focus fabric. I eliminated a number of fabrics for this very reason. I really am interested in what Judy says. So Judy does size matter?

My DSL was down for over 24 hrs. So I'm running a little behind. Judy thanks for putting the ruler by the fabrics you chose. It really helps me pick the design size. Love all the fabrics picked so far.

Thanks, Vickie, I will. Leaving in a few minutes, just wanted to check in with the train ride and will check in again tomorrow morning. Have a good day, everyone.

Esther- I got a msg back from Judy yesterday, and she told me to keep away from the large prints,
she said i'll loose the design in the cutting, also, directional prints aren't good. I don't mean to butt
in to your choices, I just wanted to let you know what she told me. I had a large directional print.
I got rid of it and chose little 1" lobsters in a messy overall pattern. I hoping someone will be able to
    post pictures for me.
Dotty, are you out there listening???

DeeDee you could get away with the large print only if using it for the E fabric. I think it is really not a large print, the swirls seem sort of medium-large LOL

So, with that said, you gals now know that you can get away with a largish print on the E. And I am not going to answer any more questions about size of prints. Remember, this is a mystery. But I am telling Dede this because I'd love to see this print used! Remember what i said when I made the first posting -- small to medium prints.

Those measurements on #1 are the length, correct? My first time on the train.

This is my first time on the train and i'm excited to start.
Dotty, I mailed you swatches, can you post them for me please.
I have small prints, my lobster is about 1", i hope that's not to small,
My black is a tone on tone about 1" designs again.
I know it's a mystery, I love a good mystery, but I want to know how
it will look. It just occurred to me this will look great in my kitchen

Sorry I forgot about the small to med size prints in the notes. I have been wanting to use up this fabric and thought a 60's/70's quilt would be fun. I guess my excuse was I was having to much fun imagining what the finished project might look like. Back to the stash? Maybe?? Well I have a week to sort this out. This is so fun!!!

There are cheese and crackers on the second table in the food car for those who want a morning snack.

Can't wait to see more fabric choices to help me decide.
