I've always shied away from them too, but am actually enjoying the extra challenge they're posing . . . weird, huh? Admittedly, I am using them in the easier blocks. Thanks for the compliments! |
I just pulled out 2 FQs of stripes - and am challenging myself to use them on some FW blocks!

Actually got some quilting done today - 1st in a month - may be the last for the next, but we'll see how this teaching job goes.... Got the charity quilt that's been on the frame for over a month machine quilted & the next loaded & ready for the next opportunity; and these two blocks today.

Thank you guys. I'm trying to keep up. And it means so much to me to have this board - it certainly keeps me going. I love that we can live in all parts of the world and get together and see each other's progress. I am going to try to post more on the board - I look all the time so I need to make my presence known! I get so much inspiration from everyone.
