Thank you QNS and gardnergal! It's not a masterpiece, wonky and it looks like the weather hasn't been nice shortly before the block went together :D There's hardly any straight line!

Never seen a "straight line" in Mother Nature. Just in comedy acts. Please never look at my blocks for straight lines; between and the actual block and trying to take the picture, things just simply "move" wonky. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

Love the new 'eye' candy as it pops up during the week, then there is more to see and read all week instead of just Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Even though we are not swappin' ya could join us. We bought the Farmers Wife Sampler Pony Club book & each of us are makin' these blocks tagether. I'm way behind so don't feel ya are all alone makin' these. We make 2 blocks a week. Ya could start where we are & catch up later. Some of us are makin a pony themed quilt, some of us are just makin' scrappy blocks & some have a color scheme. I'm makin' a patriotic themed quilt. We need all the trail hands on this trail ride w/us. Lots of jokin', lot's of country info, & some hard times. This has been a great experience for me. I've learned so much. Come on along w/us.:)

You know how the saying goes.."better late than never"!!!! JeanieG....when browsing thru this thread I remember what you said about the getting the blocks correct...I only had to rip out 2 sides!!! I starch all my fabrics before I start and hate when they get all soft from the handling...at one point I was taken back to the FWSQuilt_along and thought I was working on a 6" block...Memories! H

Very nice--so much movement out of squares & triangles. Pretty, pretty color combo.

Lovely clouds, Anne. Every piece is perfect. I "reformed" by clouds and had solid borders instead of the pieced block. I am so glad we can each do our own block our own way in color and piecing and just have fun. Love it and love QB. Although the new posted privacy policy leaves some questions in my mind...cookies tracing where I have been?

Yes, the dark blue has flames...I thought of thunderstorms when I found the scrap....Wow you guys give such nice compliments...I think I'll be late on purpose all the time!!!!
